"Like photographers assembling a portfolio of best shots, astronomers have assembled a new, improved portrait of mankind's deepest-ever view of the universe. Called the eXtreme Deep Field, or XDF, the photo was assembled by combining 10 years of NASA Hubble Space Telescope photographs taken of a patch of sky at the center of the original Hubble Ultra Deep Field." - source: hubblesite.org
Unknowingly these tinkerers have constructed the Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything. For if we run this deep space image through the Golgafrinchans Perceptual Softconnector (GPS, which can be simulated by looking through ones eyelashes), 43 lines will be connected to exactly 42 dots. Thus forming the question: "What is E?"
Numerous scientists have tried to answer that question for over a century, by substituting the answer with other equations like: E = MC².
But honestly; that didn't get us anywhere. Now we know that E = MC² = 42.
Science is bliss!
